Learning Pyramid: A Way To Learn Knowledge

How to learn cutting-edge knowledge efficiently

As a programmer, we need to learn all kinds of knowledge to keep pace with technology. How to learn new things quickly and more efficiently has become the key to the success of our career. Here I would like to use the Learning Pyramid (also known as “the cone of learning”) theory to introduce some methods to improve our learning ability.

Learning Pyramid

In 1946, An American educator Edgar Dale who developed the Cone of Experience, also known as the Learning Pyramid. In the early 1960s, the National Training Laboratories Institute developed a pyramid model on its main campus in Bethel, Maine. This NTL’s model generally displays the following representation.
